Conan Vandel started Icicle Creek Custom Construction in 2022 after 8 years of working with a local contractor on projects like the 97 Rockhouse on Blewett pass and Steins in Leavenworth.
He started out doing demolition and installing insulation in 2006 and continued building experience in all stages of construction, with a couple breaks to work with teens in Pasco and Juneau Alaska. He’s felled trees, excavated roads, dug footings, poured concrete, framed, trimmed, and roofed homes.
When he’s not working, Conan enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids rock climbing, camping, and hunting.

Miguel came to Icicle Creek Customs last year after developing a name in Chelan as the man you want to build your house.
His work is exquisite, his speed is impressive, and his professionalism keeps him busy driving to Seattle on the weekends to build for customers he met on this side of the mountains. When you meet him, you'll understand why.
When he's not working, Miguel is helping his friends, scrutinizing the crypto market, or collecting anything Dewalt.
